Validity of Agreement

These Terms remain in effect for as long as your account is active. brac24 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Applicable Law

The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms shall be governed by general international online gaming standards. In the event of any dispute, resolution through discussion shall be the preferred approach.

Age Restriction

Registration Process

Account Security

Identity Verification (KYC)

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (applicable for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

Currency and Conversion

Welcome Bonus

• Wagering requirement: 10x (ten times the bonus amount in turnover must be met).
• Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.

General Bonus Terms

• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Restrictions may apply to running multiple bonuses on an account at the same time.
• brac24's decision is final in all matters relating to bonuses.
• If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.

VIP Cashback Program

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

General Game Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.
• If a technical error occurs in a game, that round may be considered void.
• brac24 reserves the right to change game rules or payout structures at any time.
• brac24 will not be held liable for disconnections that occur during a game.

Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. brac24 reserves the right to adjust a member's betting limits at any time.

Live Casino and Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed in a live game, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Sports betting markets will be settled after the official result is announced.

Unauthorized Activities

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity, name, or information.
• Abusing or fraudulently using bonuses or promotional offers.
• Attempting to hack game software or gain unfair advantage.
• Making deposits or withdrawals through a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through collusion or transfers with other members.

Consequences of Violations

If a prohibited activity is identified, brac24 reserves the right to close the account, confiscate the balance, and take legal action if necessary, all without prior notice.

Reasons for Closure by brac24

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• The account being proven to belong to a minor.
• Compliance with legal obligations.

Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

Inactive Account Policy

If there is no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account will be marked as inactive. In this case, brac24 will send a notification and may take the necessary steps.
